Third: Upon completion of your 4 week advertisement schedule, we immediately file a proof of your advertisement directly with the Registrar-Recorder County Clerk, this process on average takes them 2 to 3 weeks to certify /complete and submit back to us for you, you are urged to be patient during this time frame, it's standard protocol.
